Multi-instrumentalists and superb vocalists, Jo Freya and sister Fi Fraser bring a real width of musicality to their performances. Jo is skilled on saxes, clarinets, whistles and voice and Fi specialises in fiddle, clarinet, hammer dulcimer and voice. What marks the Fraser Sisters apart is their ability to pick a wonderful range of diverse material. Their music and singing is equally inspired by a love of tradition and a feeling for creative innovation and their shimmering harmonies have graced albums by the likes of The Old Swan Band and Blowzabella which have since become classics.
