| To ensure that we do not disappoint our young performers or audience members, we have rescheduled our shows for January. To fit all 6 shows into a single week we have had to reschedule in mid-January and must start our shows on a Monday and finish on a Saturday lunchtime! For this reason, the final BLUE CAST show originally planned for Saturday Evening on 4th December will now be our first show on Monday 17th January. Our 6 shows have therefore been rescheduled as follows: |

TICKETS FOR NEW PERFORMANCES
Please keep your tickets for your original performance safe. They will be directly transferable to the corresponding January performance. Please, if at all possible, try to make it to the new performance date. We do understand it might not be easy or indeed possible for everyone, but reallocating and reissuing such a large number of tickets would be a huge task for our volunteer box office staff. Your help is greatly appreciated.
If you are really unable to attend the new corresponding performance, please contact the Box Office to see if you can swap your ticket for an available seat on an alternative performance. You will need to hand in your old ticket in order for us to issue you with a new one.
If the Box Office cannot offer you a swap, you will of course be offered a refund. Again, you will need to hand in your old ticket in order for a refund to be given. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TICKET REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MONDAY 10TH JANUARY 2011.
The Box Office (01909 501817) should reopen next week (Mon/Wed/Fri 12-3pm & Sat 10am-12pm) but will be closed for Christmas break from Monday 20th December and will reopen on Wednesday 5th January 2011. We will do our best to help you with any problems you have regarding tickets, but we do ask for your patience and understanding in this difficult situation.
