Booking Tickets

TicketYou can book tickets in person at The Acorn Box Office, open from 12pm till 3pm Mon, Wed & Fri, and 10am till 12pm on Saturdays. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. Please note that a £1 booking fee applies to all card transactions.

Telephone bookings

Tickets can be purchased by credit or debit card over the telephone on 01909 501817. Tickets may be reserved by phone but must be collected and paid for within 3 working days or 30 mins before the performance, whichever is sooner. If you wish to reserve tickets by telephone and post a cheque payment, this is perfectly acceptable. Please note that the cheque must arrive within 3 working days of the reservation, otherwise the reserved seats will be put back on general sale.

Telephone calls made at times when the box office is closed, unstaffed for any reason, or when the operator is busy, will be directed to our answerphone. If you record your request, leaving your contact details, we will attempt to get back to you as quickly as possible.

Posting Tickets

Tickets can be posted to your address if purchased more than 7 days before the event. If you wish us to send you your purchased tickets, a 50 pence postage fee will be applied to the total ticket price. Alternatively, you may wish to send us a stamped addressed envelope with your cheque so that we can send you your tickets by return.

Concessions and groups

Some events and performances advertise special rates and discounts on tickets. Concessions may be offered to children under 16, students, registered unwaged and OAPs. Discounts may be available for group bookings of 10 or more. Family tickets may also be available for some shows - please check the event listing details or ask at the time of booking.
